Damages
Inspect your order upon receiving. If item is defective or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving item or sale of damaged item is final. support@oromacocktails.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Processing Time
You will be notified once we receive and inspect your damaged return. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Processing can take 3-5 working days.
